Christmas continues…
While the secular and retail world have wrapped up their Christmas holiday, we continue to celebrate the incarnation of Christ! In the days following December 25, we remember the journey to Jerusalem & visits with Anna & Simeon. We rejoice in the naming of Jesus. We look forward to visit of the wise men from afar. We hold our breaths as Herod declared death for young boys under the age of two and we weep with their mothers. We hope for safe journey for the family as they escape to Egypt.
There’s a lot to Christmas and we need these days to remember and rejoice. Each story contains an important step in the journey of Jesus from small child to adult who changed lives. We will celebrate these stories with Lessons & Carols this week.
As we ring in the new year, we will have ONE WORSHIP SERVICE on January 1 at 10 AM.
Come – all you faithful or you who are seeking – wherever you are on your journey. You are invited and welcomed and beloved.
In Christ,
Pastor Tina +
