Sometimes, you do not realize how blessed you truly are until you look back on life.  Are you better off today than you were years ago?  This Sunday, in his message, “Starts…and Finishes”,  Pastor Jack will share the ancient Hebrew philosophy outlined in the Book of Deuteronomy:  “Don’t forget where you came from…and count your blessings today!”  Learn how the ancient Hebrew philosophy impacts our lives today!
LUTHERAN DISASTER RESPONSE –Your gifts will support Ukrainians and others. Gifts to “Eastern Europe Crisis Response” will be used in full (100%) to assist those affected by the crisis in Ukraine and neighboring countries. Checks or money orders can be sent to: Lutheran Disaster Response

SUNDAY SCHOOL – is back in session, and its never too late to join in the fun!  Many thanks to Nancy Wood and her staff as well as the parents who support them.

CHOIR PRACTICE – returns on 3/6 after service to practice Easter anthem.

FISH N CHIPS DINNER is coming back on Sun., April 3 from 4 -7 p.m. Tickets are available from Judi W. or the church office. Be sure you get your tickets as soon as possible as a limited number of extra meals will be available that day.  Thank you to Judi Wolff for leading this event.

EASTER EGG HUNT – returns to SOTH on Sat., April 9 from 2-4 p.m. rain or shine!  Ages walking to 10 years old are welcomed to this CDC compliant event.  Please spread the word and see JD Allen if you would like to help.

FISH N CHIPS DINNER is coming back on Sun., Apr. 3 from 4-7 p.m. Tickets will be available starting Sunday, 1/23. Be sure to get your tickets as soon as possible as a limited number of extra meals will be available that day.  Thank you to Judi Wolff for leading this event.

CONFIRMATION CLASSES will now be on Thurs. evenings, once a month from 7-7:45  on  Zoom.  Class is scheduled for April 7.

THRIVENT COORDINATOR – Denise Leifken has graciously volunteered to coordinate our programs      and has arranged for a Thrivent representative to provide assistance during coffee hour on 3/27. Please come and learn how you can help SOTH even if you do not own Thrivent products Please contact Denise at with questions.  Thank you Denise!

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED – CONTROL ROOM HELP, OFFICE VOLUNTEERS, COFFEE HOUR HOSTS, FINANCIAL COUNTERS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, DEACONS AND USHERS are all needed. Training joyfully provided. If someone calls to recruit you, please prayerfully consider how YOU can serve.  You can always volunteer by contacting the office.
