Faith of a Disciple

The last eight weeks of the season after Pentecost are devoted to preparing the disciples – and us – of what it means to follow Jesus.  The lessons are not always easy but nobody ever said that following Jesus would be an easy task.
This week, the disciples ask Jesus to increase their faith.  They knew that faith was something needed, and Jesus explains that even a small amount of faith can do great wonders. What does it mean to have this sort of faith, a faith that can serve God’s purposes here to truly be God’s work and yet it’s done with our hands?

Join us as we explore this in worship.

Also – at 12 PM on Sunday, October 2, we will commemorate St. Francis of Assisi with an animal blessing.  All animals are welcome – but they need to be leashed/crated/harnessed!

So come – however you find yourself and wherever you are on your journey.  You are invited and welcomed and beloved.

In Christ,
Pastor Tina +
