Honoring All Saints: Past, Present, & Future

For all the saints – but just who are the saints and why does it matter?  Excellent questions…

When the commemoration of All Saints day began, it was a way to combine the commemoration of a bunch of ‘minor’ saints into one day.  Today, it is a day to witness the priesthood of all believers – all who have been named and claimed by God.  It’s about those who have died, those who are living, and those yet to come.  It’s a day about the hope that we have because of God’s love for us in all times (the good, the bad, the anxious, the celebrations).

So come – however you find yourself and wherever you are on your journey.  You are invited and welcomed and beloved.
