The Designated Fulfillment of Scripture

 Did you know that Jesus came into the world in fulfillment of all the ancient prophecies regarding a messiah?  There were eighteen ancient predictions about Jesus which all came true in Jesus’ life, Teaching, ministry, death, and resurrection! But what does all this mean for us?  Join Pastor Jack as he unpacks the significance in this Sunday’s message, “The Designated Fulfillment of Scripture”. Discover how the prophecies and predictions have meaning for us, too.

ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICE – Wed., February 18. at noon at Holy Trinity, Rockaway (508 Green Pond Road) and again at 7:00 pm at Shepherd of the Hills, Sparta.

FRIDAY LENTEN LUNCHES ARE SCHEDULED! Each Friday in Lent (February 20 – March 27) from noon till 1:00pm for a light lunch and devotional time at the First Presbyterian Church, Rockaway Boro. Suggested donation is $5 per person. The church is located at 35 Church Street, Rockaway Boro.

FAMILY POTLUCK DINNER AND MOVIE / GAME NIGHT – Sat., Feb 21, 5 PM – Come with food/drink to share and a game to play. After dinner, we’ll start the movie (TBD—suggestions welcome) and then let the games begin. Contact Barbara O. with any movie suggestions.
