The Things of God – 9-3-23

The Things of God

A long time ago, Jesus predicted that a day would arrive when he would suffer and be killed…but then rise again.  Peter only heard the death prediction and replied, “God forbid Lord”. It just didn’t make sense to Peter and to the others that Jesus would have to suffer.  And…how about you?  Have you ever witnessed suffering and then wondered, “What is God doing about this?”.  Join Pastor Jack this Sunday as he explores the mysteries and purposes of God in his sermon “The Things of God”.  You won’t want to miss this thought-provoking message!

HELP FOR MAUI – Lutheran Disaster Response is coordinating with the Pacifica Synod and other partners to provide assistance. Checks or money orders can be sent to: Lutheran Disaster Response P.O.
