BAIYB: Christ is Our Peace

This week, we continue with our summer series – Behave As If You Believe…

Moving into Ephesians 2, we now focus on the peace that Jesus brings to our lives. And let’s admit it – day to day, there isn’t a whole lot of that in our personal or public lives. Whether it’s an uncomfortable moment in a meeting to a country struggling with freedom, conflict consumes us from morning until night.

And yes – life is messy and the relationships that we have with one another can be messier. But the peace that passes understanding can only be found in Jesus. Jesus intervenes in our lives with a peace that can break down walls and demolish boundaries. And so we look to Jesus – to teach us about peace as we travel through hardship and struggle.

No matter where you are in your journey of faith…know that you are most welcome here.

WANTED: HANDS AND FEET (& BODIES)
Many thanks to Jack who brought his tools and enthusiasm for taming some our landscape. It’s looking great.

There are still opportunities for others to remove, replant, and beautify the grounds. First impressions go a LONG way in showing the community who we are as people of God.

WANTED 2.0: Organizers for Fellowship Activities
Do you like spread sheets, to-do lists, and party planning? Can you motivate and lead on a shoe-string budget?
