WEDNESDAY LENT VESPERS:
You are invited to join in a contemplative worship of word at 7:30 PM on Wednesday evenings through Lent. We are focusing on the change that is inevitable in our lives and how we respond to that change.  We meet in the sanctuary and are led by the confirmation students.  Please come.
**NOTE** We will not meet Wed Mar 15 due to the weather.

LENT CHURCH OUTREACH: Pastor Tina approached the Nite Crafters and asked them to work on an outreach project – making sleeping mats for the homeless.  Turns out, this is a project that all of us can put our hands on! You can cut and knot the bags at home – and bring us balls of plarn that we’ll share with our crafters.  Directions are on the table in the narthex or online here. The completed mats will be taken to the VA, Sussex County Social Services, Samaritan Inn, & Family Promise.

ALL CHURCH CLEAN UP: Company is coming – two big events are coming to Shepherd of the Hills the week of March 26 and we need to make the place shine (it kind of goes with the Gospel theme of the day).  Wear comfy clothes and then stay to wipe down, sweep up, vacuum, declutter and have fun (cleaning goes better with a buddy).  So – Sunday, March 26 after worship (there will be a list of chores to start on at 9 AM) we will clean for company! Thanks in advance!

BIG EVENTS:
There are two big events coming up at SOTH
MARCH 30 – A NIGHT UNDER THE STARS is a fundraising dinner for Connect for Community (C4C), our basement ministry partner.  Tickets for the dinner and silent auction are $50.

APRIL 1 – 3RD FISH FRY! For $15/advance or $18/door, enjoy a dinner of fish, fries, and dessert along with all the fellowship that you can net.  Tickets available after worship or online at soth.yapsody.com

We’ll also need your hands before, during and after the event to make this one the best yet!  Please, please, please take a minute to sign up so the team can adequately plan for the event. (please sign up)

HOUSE CHURCH SURVEY:  If you were unable to attend house church this year, don’t fret!  There are two ways for you to share the information we talked about.  A paper copy of the questions is available at church (or if you received an invitation, it was the green paper).  Please return this to Pastor Tina. The second way is to answer the questions online through a Google Form. Head to the SOTH website and look for the link Discipleship Survey. Your help in answering these questions is much appreciated.
